Survey - City Services

  Quick Links
Every two years since 1996, we have asked our residential utility customers their opinions, preferences, and satisfaction with Olympia utility services.  In 2004, we expanded the survey to include other City services.

The results help us assess community expectations and track our success.

Our 2006 biennial survey was conducted the week of November 13, 2006 by Elway Research of Seattle, Washington.  That week, 400 randomly selected Olympia utility customers were polled by telephone.  Thank you to everyone who participated.
